We strive to make receiving your cleaning and hygiene supplies as easy and efficient as possible. We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs:

Our Delivery Area: AUK Hygiene operates from a UK-based distribution centre with a dedicated fleet of vans serving Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Berkshire, Gloucestershire, Bristol, South Wales, and Herefordshire. For deliveries outside of these areas, we partner with carefully selected couriers to maintain our high delivery standards.

Next Day Delivery: We offer next-day delivery to many locations across the south west of England, including Yeovil, Bournemouth, Bristol and surrounding towns, Weston-super-Mare, Exeter and North Devon, Plymouth and surrounding towns, Taunton, Wellington, and Teignbridge. Customers outside these areas can still enjoy next-day delivery on orders of cleaning chemicals, equipment, paper products, skincare, waste management solutions, and machinery through our trusted courier network. Order online by 3pm to see our next day delivery options in your area. 

Delivery Costs: We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £60. For orders under £60, delivery charges start at £7.95 and vary depending on your location. For specific delivery options and charges to your area, please contact our friendly customer service team at 01626 355177. 

Customer Collection: For your convenience, we also offer a fast and efficient collection service. Orders placed online or through our sales team can be ready for collection in as little as 3 hours. Simply order before 3 pm for same-day collection.

AUK Hygiene Delivery Service

Returns 

At AUK Hygiene, we aim to supply high-quality products that meet the needs of professional cleaning and hygiene environments. We understand that occasionally items may need to be returned, and we aim to make this process as straightforward as possible. 

Business Customers 

As a business-to-business supplier, all sales are made to trade customers. Returns are accepted in line with the terms outlined below. 

Returns – Ordered in Error or No Longer Required 

We accept returns for items that have been ordered in error or are no longer required, provided that: 

  • The return is requested within 30 days of delivery 

  • Items are unused and in a fully resalable condition 

  • Products are returned in their original, unopened packaging 

  • Packaging must be intact, unmarked and undamaged 

For hygiene, safety and compliance reasons, we are unable to accept returns for: 

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed or used 

  • Cleaning chemicals that have been opened or partially used 

  • Products that have been removed from original packaging 

  • Chemicals or products that have been stored incorrectly, including exposure to sunlight or extreme conditions 

AUK Hygiene reserves the right to inspect all returned goods and refuse a refund if items are not returned in a saleable condition. 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods 

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. 

Where an issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. 

Return Process 

To request a return, please contact our team by telephone on 01626 355177 or complete the form below with: 

  • Your order number 

  • Details of the item(s) 

  • Reason for return 

Our team will advise on the next steps and provide return instructions where applicable. 

Please note: 

  • Returns must be authorised prior to being sent back 

  • Unauthorised returns may not be accepted 

  • Return carriage costs may apply for unwanted items 

Refunds 

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, any applicable refunds will be processed accordingly. 

Refunds will only be issued for items that meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
