A change in the law (Offensive Weapons Act part 1) in 2019 affected the sale and supply of some chemicals that we sell. The act addresses crimes related to acid attacks including the sale and possession in public places of corrosive substances.

It is an offense to sell a corrosive product to any person under the age of 18 and reasonable steps will be taken to establish the purchasers age. You may be asked to verify your age on order or delivery of this item, or when you collect from the trade counter.

We are within our rights to refuse delivery or cancel your order if we reasonably believe you do not meet the age restrictions for certain goods. Identification (passport or driving license) may be required if you look under 25 on point of delivery or when collecting from the trade counter.
