Our downloadable dosing charts are available directly through your customer account portal. Simply search and add the chemicals you use, click DOWNLOAD and chart is automatically populated with the specific safety and dosing information for your products. You can add as many products to your list as you like. Once Downloaded, your bespoke dosing charts can be hung in your cleaning stores, alongside your chemicals so that this vital information is available at all times. 

Our dosing charts provide clear CLP data, specific areas for use, clear instructions for how to use each chemical and how much product to use based on the size of your container. When you buy a 5L or 10L container of cleaning chemical from us, we recommend that you purchase a dosing pump to connect to your bottle. These pumps offer an accurate measure of chemical, reducing the risk of spillage that comes with manual measuring and pouring. Once the pump is in place, dosing becomes fool proof as our charts state the number of pumps required for your receptable. 

For example, referencing the chart below, when using Windmill Synergy All Purpose from a 5L container fitted with a 30ml pump, you need just x1 pump per 750ml trigger spray bottle filled with water, x2 pumps to fill a 5L bucket filled with water, and x4 pumps per 10L bucket filled with water. 

For even simpler dosing, our 1L recharger bottles come with a fixed pre-loading dosing cap that measures 20 / 40 / 60ml of chemical for our standard products or 10ml for our super concentrated products. Using the pre-loading cap, you can measure the correct dose required without coming into contact directly with the liquid. Customers have found their usage has decreased using a measuring bottle rather than a dosing pump where users may free-pour into the bucket or bottle.
