CleanScan: Putting the right tools in the right hands

Ordering cleaning products has traditionally been more complicated than it needs to be. Paper order books, phone calls, emails and unapproved purchases all slow down the process, while important product information isn't always available when it's needed.

CleanScan transforms every cleaning cupboard into a smart ordering point. Using a simple QR code, on-site teams can order directly from their mobile device, with every order following the appropriate approval process through CleanHub before it's placed.

CleanScan lets teams:

  • Access Safety Data Sheets, dosing charts and COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) information from the same QR code
