How CleanScan Works

CleanScan simplifies on-site ordering by giving your teams a quick, reliable way to request the products they need, while you stay in control of what’s ordered, when and where.

It’s a simple 4-step process:

1) Set up your CleanScan posters

Enable CleanScan within CleanHub and generate a site-specific QR code poster for each location. Download, print and display it in the cleaning cupboard so it’s always accessible to your team.

2) Order directly from site

Cleaning staff scan the QR code using their mobile phone to access their pre-approved product list. They can submit an order request in seconds, with no paperwork or manual processes.

3) Approve with full control

Managers receive a notification when an order is placed and can review and approve requests instantly, ensuring the right products are ordered while keeping spend controlled.

4) Delivery and tracking made easy

Once approved, we pick, pack and deliver directly to site, with full order tracking and visibility available within your CleanHub account.
