CleanHub's new Budget Control functionality gives you greater oversight of cleaning and hygiene spend across your sites. Designed for cleaning contractors and facilities managers managing multiple locations, it allows account administrators to assign individual budgets to each site they manage, helping prevent overspend while maintaining the flexibility teams need to keep operations running smoothly.

Budgets can be configured to suit the way your organisation works. Apply a one-off budget for a specific period or create a recurring monthly budget that automatically resets over time. The feature is completely optional and can be enabled, adjusted or disabled by account administrators at any time.

For even greater financial control, CleanHub allows you to categorise products when assigning them to a site. Identify whether an item is intended for use by your cleaning team or supplied as a client consumable for recharge. You can then choose whether rechargeable consumables are included within your site's budget allocation, giving you a clearer picture of operational costs and helping ensure client-related spend is tracked appropriately.

Combined with CleanHub's site-specific product lists, approval controls and reporting tools, Budget Control provides a smarter way to manage spending, improve accountability and maintain control across every site you operate.

How CleanHub Budget Control Works

Setting up Budget Control in CleanHub is quick and straightforward. In just a few steps, account administrators can assign a budget to a site, choose how that budget is managed, and control whether rechargeable client consumables are included.

1) Log in to CleanHub
Access your CleanHub customer account using your secure login details.

2) Select the site address
Choose Addresses from the menu, find the site you would like to allocate a budget to, and click Edit.

3) Open the Budget tab
Navigate to the site’s Budget tab and choose whether you would like the budget to apply once for a set period or recur automatically month after month.

4) Set your budget value
Enter the budget amount for that site and select whether client rechargeable consumables should be included or excluded from the budget.

5) Save your settings
Click Save and your site budget is ready to go. You can adjust, switch off or update the budget at any time from within your CleanHub account.
