You can also set site budgets, enable automatic order approvals, configure consumables management settings and initiate stocktake requests, helping you maintain consistency and control across every site you manage. Important site documents can be uploaded and stored within CleanHub, making it easy to share information with your teams and ensure everyone has access to the latest procedures and guidance.

Site Management also helps you organise your workforce. Allocate team members to specific locations, assign user permissions and decide who can place orders, complete stocktakes or approve purchases. You can even allocate cleaning equipment to individual sites, providing greater visibility of valuable assets across your operation.

Set up site-specific product lists, budgets, consumables management preferences, CleanScan settings and automatic order approval rules to ensure each location operates within your chosen controls.

3) Generate your CleanScan tools
Create and download site-specific CleanScan posters and dashboards, allowing on-site teams to order approved products quickly and efficiently.

4) Assign users and permissions
Allocate team members to individual sites and define their responsibilities. Choose who can place orders, complete stocktakes, approve purchases or assist with site administration.

5) Manage equipment and documents
