Standard users can access CleanHub and use CleanScan to place orders from approved product lists at their allocated sites. They can also access important health and safety information, Safety Data Sheets and site-specific documents, ensuring they always have the information they need to work safely and effectively.

For managers and supervisors, additional permissions can be assigned to support operational tasks such as order approvals, stock management and site administration. Administrators have full access to the system, including the ability to manage users, update site settings, create product collections, approve orders, access reporting and review financial information.

2) Assign users to locations
Allocate team members to the sites they work at, ensuring they only have access to the locations relevant to their role.

3) Set permissions and responsibilities
Define what each user can do within the system. Permissions can include ordering products, approving orders, completing stocktakes or managing site settings.

4) Provide access to site resources
Users can access site-specific information including product lists, Safety Data Sheets, health and safety information and important site documents.

5) Manage day-to-day operations
Standard users can place orders through CleanScan, while managers and approvers can review requests, oversee site activity and support operational processes.

6) Maintain complete control
Administrators retain full visibility and control of the system, with access to site management tools, reporting, financial information, user settings and organisation-wide administration.
