At AUK Hygiene, we are dedicated to creating a logistics experience that makes cleaning and hygiene easy for our customers across the UK.

To achieve this, not only do we partner with carefully selected courier providers, but we also operate our own fleet of vans and employ our own drivers so that we can be fully accountable for the service we offer.

Whilst our courier partners support us by delivering urgent orders, orders to locations outside of our own delivery network, and next-day orders on alternate days to our van drops, our own fleet of vans now deliver next-day, or every 2 to 3 days, across much of the south west of England, south Wales and beyond.

We believe that operating our own fleet of vans gives us the opportunity to:

Manage an accurate delivery schedule: By utilising market-leading route planning software, we can create efficient and accurate delivery routes for our vans, ensuring deliveries are made on time, as expected.
Drive down emissions: Every van we operate meets the latest European Union Euro6 emissions standards minimising our environmental impact.
Deliver with care: Many of our cleaning chemicals and products require careful handling. Our drivers are fully trained to take extra care and ensure that orders are delivered in good condition.
Provide excellent customer support and communications: We keep our customers informed every step of the way with order confirmation and delivery updates, and POD notifications. What’s more, our Customer Care team are available by phone or email between 8am and 5pm everyday should you have any queries about your order or delivery.

To enable more of our customers to benefits from our fully managed AUK Hygiene van delivery service, we are now branching out further than ever before and extending our routes to take in key towns and cities across Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey, and Hampshire, including Reading.

From today, any customer looking to place an order via our website, from one of the new locations added to our AUK Hygiene van delivery network, will be given the option to select this as your delivery option.

Customers further afield can still order their cleaning chemicals, equipment, paper, skincare, waste management products, and cleaning machinery from our website for delivery through our carefully selected courier partners. Delivery is free on all orders over £60.

Investing in the right systems and infrastructure, increasing our fleet of dedicated vans and drivers, and expanding our delivery network to reach new destinations more regularly demonstrates our commitment to delivering a fast and efficient service to our customers.
